Alessandra Corine Ambrosio born April 11, 1981 is a Brazilian model.Her last name is spelled Ambrosio, but the diacritic mark is omitted in her modeling work. Ambrosio, described by Tyra Banks as The future of the modeling world, is best known for her work with Victoria's Secret and was chosen as their first spokesmodel for Victoria's Secret PINK line.Ambrosio is currently one of Victoria's Secret Angels and the former face for the UK company Next. Aside from modeling work, Ambrosio represents as the National Ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ambrosio was also selected by AskMen.com as Number 2 out of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2008.

  Getting into the Halloween spirit, Alessandra Ambrosio was spotted at Shawn’s Pumpkin Patch yesterday afternoon (October 25). The Victoria’s Secret hottie brought her adorable little daughter Anja along for the fun, playing with bunny rabbits and picking out pumpkins along the way. And of course, Alessandra was every bit the yummy mummy, sporting a midriff-baring blue button-up top with slim fit jeans and grey flats. Following the family outing, Ms. Ambrosio handed Anja off to her beau Jamie Mazur and then treated herself to some retail therapy.         |

So Brazilian model Alessandro Ambrosio, 30 , had the right idea yesterday when she took her three-year-old daughter for a ride on one of the ponies in the car park at the Brentwood Country Mart. The celebrity hub hosts rides for little ones there at weekends, and little Anja looked tickled pink to enjoy a taste of gymkana there. They were joined by Alessandra's fiance, businessman Jamie Mazur. The couple welcomed Anja in August 2008 in the model's native Brazil. As a family they are adorable, with Anja proving she has inherited her mother's good looks while Jamie exuded a boyish charm. Alessandra, meanwhile, displayed the willowy beauty that has made her one of the most sought after models in the world, in casual jeans, top and scarf. She said last year that she is one of the fortunate women who get to eat what they want and not put on weight. 'I've been tiny since I was four, and I eat whatever I want,' she told Women's Wear Daily. 'All that matters is that I stay healthy.' In fact, the star recently told The Huffington Post that her favorite breakfast is 'a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a cappuccino with extra foam.' She also blasted some sections of the media for their attitude towards her appearance. 'If I'm two pounds heavier, I'm fat. If I'm skinnier, I'm sick. It's ridiculous,' she told the publication. Alessandra added that she keeps herself fit through Pilates, yoga and running.     |
